No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the drop zone — just show it on your phone.
Can I book if I weigh over 94 kg?
Participants weighing 94 kg or more are subject to assessment at the drop zone, and a weight surcharge may apply on the day. Contact the operator in advance if you have concerns.
Is the jump suitable for under-18s?
Participants must be at least 16 years old. Those aged 16 or 17 must have a parent or legal guardian present on the day.
What happens if the weather is bad on my booking date?
Skydiving is weather-dependent. The operator may cancel or reschedule at short notice due to conditions outside their control. Check your booking confirmation for the applicable cancellation and rebooking process.
Can I jump if I have a medical condition or recent injury?
Participants with mobility issues, recent injuries or surgeries, epilepsy, heart conditions, or disabilities are subject to assessment at the drop zone. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. A medical certificate may be required.
What is the difference between the two ticket options?
The standard ticket covers your tandem jump only, with your own transport to Stuart Park in North Wollongong. The second option adds a return transfer from Sydney, handled by the operator.
