The pass activates on the first day you use it at the Service Center, not at the time of purchase. Once activated, it covers consecutive calendar days, with each day ending at midnight.

Do I need to visit the Service Center in person, or can I go straight to attractions?

You must redeem your pass at the Vienna PASS Service Center (Opernring 3-5, open 9:00 AM–6:00 PM) before visiting attractions. Bring valid photo ID.

Do any attractions require a separate reservation after I have the pass?
