Will I share the gondola with strangers?

Possibly. Each gondola holds up to five guests, and seats are assigned by the gondolier based on weight distribution. You may share with another party if you have not booked a private gondola.

What happens if it rains?

The tour does not run in exceptionally bad weather. If your departure is affected, you will be notified and can rebook or receive a refund in line with the cancellation policy.

Is the commentary in English?

Yes — on shared rides the gondolier provides live commentary in both English and Italian. On private gondola bookings there is no live guide; commentary is delivered via a mobile app instead.

Can my toddler join for free?

Children under the age of two ride free of charge and do not need a separate ticket.
