When does the pass start — when I buy it or when I first use it?
It activates on first use. The countdown begins the moment you validate the ticket at an ACTV machine or gate, not when you purchase it.
Can I use this pass to get to or from Marco Polo Airport?
No. ACTV airport routes, Alilaguna water taxis and Atvo bus lines are not covered. You will need a separate ticket for airport transfers.
Do I need to print the ticket?
No. A mobile ticket displayed on your phone screen is accepted at all ACTV validators.
Is the pass valid for the lagoon islands such as Murano and Burano?
Yes. ACTV vaporetto services to Murano, Burano, Torcello and the Lido are all included within the pass.
My child is 5 — do I need to buy them a pass?
Children under 6 travel free of charge on ACTV services and do not need a separate pass.
What is the difference between the One Day pass and the One Day + Trenitalia Urban Network option?
The Trenitalia add-on extends your pass to cover urban Trenitalia rail connections in the Venice area for the same day, useful if you plan to travel between Venice Santa Lucia and Mestre by train.
