Where exactly is the lounge inside Terminal 1?

The lounge is airside — you must clear security and customs before you can access it. From 27 December 2025, the International Departures Lounge near Gate E77 is closed; use the Domestic Lounge just after Domestic Security instead. Check the Plaza Premium website for the latest location details before your visit.

Can I bring my children into the lounge?

Yes. Children under 2 enter free of charge. Children aged 2–11 are welcome but cannot use massage or spa services. All under-18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Are showers available?

Shower facilities are available only at the International Departures lounge and carry an additional charge. They are not available at the Domestic Lounge or other lounge locations within Terminal 1.
