- 1Exchange your voucher for a physical Skyliner ticket before boarding — do not attempt to board without exchanging first. From Narita Airport: exchange at the Skyliner ticket vending machine or counter at Narita Airport Station (Terminal 1) or Narita Airport Terminal 2 Station (Terminals 2 and 3). From central Tokyo: exchange at the Skyliner counter or vending machine at Keisei Ueno Station, or at the Skyliner vending machine or JR Connection counter at Nippori Station. For two-way tickets, your return trip voucher is exchanged separately at Ueno or Nippori before departure. Note: vouchers cannot be exchanged at Aoto Station.

Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile voucher accepted?
Your booking confirmation can be presented on your mobile device at the exchange counter or vending machine. You will receive a physical Skyliner ticket upon exchange — this is what you use to board the train.
Can Japanese citizens use this ticket?
No. This pass is valid for international travellers only and cannot be purchased or used by Japanese citizens.
When does the 24/48/72-hour subway pass start?
The subway pass validity begins from the first time you use it on the Tokyo Metro or Toei Subway network, not from the moment you exchange your voucher.
How do I use my return Skyliner ticket?
When you exchange your two-way voucher at Narita Airport, you will receive a boarding ticket for your outbound journey and a separate exchange voucher for the return. Before your return journey, take that voucher to a Skyliner counter or vending machine at Keisei Ueno or Nippori Station and exchange it for a timed ticket.
Which terminals at Narita does the Skyliner serve?
The Skyliner serves all three Narita terminals. Terminal 1 passengers use Narita Airport Station; Terminals 2 and 3 passengers use Narita Airport Terminal 2 Station.
Are children charged for this ticket?
Children under 6 travel free of charge, though they are not entitled to a reserved seat on the Skyliner and must sit on a guardian's lap.
