Frequently asked questions
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your QR code voucher can be shown on a smartphone screen at the Skyliner vending machine or ticket counter. Printing is optional.
Where exactly do I redeem the voucher at Narita Airport?
Head to the Skyliner ticket vending machine or staffed Skyliner ticket counter inside Narita Airport Terminal 1 Station or Terminal 2 & 3 Station, both located in the arrivals area of the airport rail concourse.
How does the return ticket work?
When you exchange your voucher for the outbound journey, the machine or counter will also issue a new open-dated QR code for the return leg. Keep this safe and exchange it at Keisei Ueno or Nippori Station when you are ready to travel back to the airport.
Can I use this ticket on the Keisei Morningliner or Eveningliner?
No. This ticket is valid on Skyliner services only. The Morningliner, Eveningliner, and Cityliner require a separate ticket.

The Skyliner runs nonstop to Keisei Ueno Station and Nippori Station. Nippori connects directly to the JR Yamanote Line, making it easy to reach Shinjuku, Shibuya, and other central districts.
What are the operating hours?
Operating hours and the full timetable are listed on the official Keisei website. Check before you travel, particularly for very early morning or late-night arrivals.
