Can Japanese citizens use this pass?

No. The pass is valid for foreign visitors only. You will need to show a valid foreign ID (such as a passport) when you redeem it.

How long do I have to use the pass after I collect it?

The physical ticket is valid for two weeks from the date you exchange your voucher at Ikebukuro Station. You then use it on whichever single day suits you within that window.

Does the pass cover the Limited Express trains?

No. Limited Express services require a separate seat reservation and fare. The pass covers local trains only.

What do I need to do at each station when I arrive?

Show your stamped pass to station staff at the information counter near the ticket gates when you enter, and again when you exit. Do not use the automatic ticket barriers with this pass.

Is the Tamagawa Line included?

No, the Tamagawa Line is the one Seibu line excluded from this pass. All other Seibu Railway local lines are covered.

Do I need to print my voucher?

A mobile voucher shown on your phone is sufficient when you present it at the tourist information counter for exchange.
