How do I choose my departure time?

Your booking gives you access to an e-ticket URL where you select your boarding stop, alighting stop, and preferred travel date and time. You are not locked into a specific time at the point of purchase.

Can I cancel or get a refund after reserving my seat?

Cancellations and refunds are not available once a seat reservation has been made via the e-ticket URL. Make sure your travel plans are confirmed before completing the reservation step.

How long do I have to use the voucher after purchase?

You must complete your seat reservation within 30 days of purchase. After that, the voucher expires and cannot be used.

How much luggage can I bring?
