You will receive a booking confirmation immediately after purchase. Your e-ticket will be sent by email approximately three days before the event (2–4 October 2026).

Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?

A mobile ticket displayed on your phone is accepted at the gate. You can also print it if you prefer.

What is the difference between the grandstand options?

V1 Grandstand Lower and Upper sit at one section of the circuit, while V Grandstand Lower (V2/V3) and Grandstand A offer different vantage points around the track. Upper-tier seats generally provide a wider panoramic view; lower-tier seats put you closer to the action. Check the official Mobility Resort Motegi seating map for exact positions.

Who qualifies for a youth ticket?

Youth pricing applies to attendees aged 16 to 23 years old. Proof of age (such as a passport or ID card) may be required at the gate.

What should I do if there is a problem on the day?

Contact your point of purchase immediately on the same day the issue occurs. Do not wait until after the event, as same-day reporting is required.

Is the event suitable for children under 16?
