When does the seven-day pass actually start?

The moment you scan your QR code at the first participating venue. Until then, the pass sits dormant — so there's no pressure to rush on your first day in Japan.

Can I use all three redemptions at the same restaurant?

No. Each participating facility can only be entered once per pass, so your three redemptions must be used at three different venues.

I'm travelling with a friend — can we share one pass?

Each pass covers one traveller's three dining experiences. If you're booking for multiple people, purchase a separate pass per person. Note that if you buy more than one pass in a single booking, the seven-day window will start on the same date for all of them.

Do I need to print anything?

No. The pass is entirely mobile-based. Simply show and scan your QR code on your phone at each venue.

I'm a Japanese citizen — can I buy this pass?

Unfortunately not. The Have Fun Japan Food Pass is available to overseas visitors only and cannot be purchased or used by Japanese citizens.
