Can Japanese citizens buy or use this pass?

No. The Have Fun in Tokyo Pass is exclusively for non-Japanese visitors. A valid passport or ID is required for verification when collecting or activating the ticket.

Do I need to print anything?

No. The pass is entirely mobile. Simply present the QR code on your phone at each venue — no printed voucher is needed.

I'm booking multiple passes in one order. Do they all start on the same date?

Yes. When multiple tickets are purchased within a single booking, the activation start date applies to all tickets simultaneously, so bear this in mind if travellers plan to start on different days.

What do I need to know about the Harry Potter and the Cursed Child add-on?

If you select the theatre upgrade, you must redeem your theatre ticket at least one hour before the 12:15 PM performance. Subtitle devices for English and Japanese are available in the theatre, subject to availability on the day.
