Most attractions offer free entry for children under 3–5. Reduced child rates apply up to age 12–15 depending on the operator. Age requirements are clearly listed on each booking page.

Most outdoor attractions and guided walks accommodate strollers. Indoor tours, walking experiences on cobblestones and boat tours with narrow gangways may not — check the listing notes for pram access.

Zoos, farm parks, aquariums, puppet shows and open-top bus tours work well for very young children. Short (1–2 hour) interactive experiences are better than long walking or museum tours for toddlers.
