Your driver will wait up to one hour after your scheduled arrival time at no extra charge. They will contact you in advance and can monitor your flight status.

Do I need a child seat?

Children under four years old are legally required to use a child seat. You can hire one on-site for NTD 100 per seat — just note your requirement in the 'Notes' field when booking. If a child seat is required but not arranged, the service may be cancelled without a refund.

My destination is in Yangmingshan or Wulai — is that covered?

Yes, but certain outlying areas including Yangmingshan, Wulai, Pingxi, Ruifang and a handful of others carry an additional NTD 200 surcharge, paid directly to your driver on the day.

How will I know which driver to look for?

Your driver will contact you before your travel date via WhatsApp, LINE or WeChat to introduce themselves and confirm the pick-up details.

How much luggage can I bring?

The five-seat car accommodates four passengers and up to four pieces of 30-inch luggage. The nine-seat car takes seven passengers and up to eight pieces of 30-inch luggage.

Can I book a return transfer at the same time?

Yes — separate ticket options exist for both directions (airport to hotel and hotel to airport), so you can book both legs in one session.
