No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the front desk — a screenshot or your booking app is all you need.
Can I wear a swimsuit in the pools?
No. Swimsuits and swimming costumes are not permitted. Robes and towels are provided, but these cannot be worn in the water.
How long can I stay?
Your admission covers a single entry with a maximum of two hours' use of the facilities.
Are there any days or times I should avoid?
The public hot spring is closed for maintenance every Monday and Thursday between 11am and 3pm. It is otherwise open daily from 9am, with last admission at 9pm.
Can I bring my child?
Children under 12 years old are not permitted to use the public hot spring facility.
