Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile ticket accepted?

A mobile ticket is accepted. Simply show your booking confirmation on your phone at the lounge entrance alongside your boarding pass.

Can I access the lounge before clearing passport control?

No. The lounge is inside the restricted area of Terminal 1. You must have cleared customs and passport control (or transit security if connecting) before you can enter.

Is shower access included in the lounge entry price?

Shower facilities are not available in Zone C of the lounge. Where they are available, an additional charge applies — they are not included in the standard admission price.

Can I bring my children into the lounge?

Children under 2 are admitted free of charge. Children aged 2–11 may use the lounge but cannot access massage or spa services. All under-18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Which duration should I choose — 3, 6 or 12 hours?

Select the option that covers your expected time between clearing security and boarding. If your layover is under three hours, the 3-hour pass is usually sufficient; longer connections or overnight transits suit the 6- or 12-hour options.

Are all alcoholic drinks included, or are some charged separately?

Standard alcoholic beverages are included in your admission. Certain premium alcoholic drinks may carry an additional charge — the lounge team can advise on arrival.
