Do I need to print my ticket?

No. A mobile ticket on your phone is accepted at the Kuo Kuang service desk.

The Terminal 2 desk closes at 10:00 PM — what if my flight arrives after that?

If you're arriving at Terminal 1, the desk there is open until 2:30 AM. For very late arrivals at Terminal 2, check whether Terminal 1 is accessible from your terminal, or contact the operator in advance.

Can I choose my seat?

Seating is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis — there is no advance seat reservation.

How much luggage can I bring?

Each passenger may bring up to two pieces of luggage, with combined dimensions (length + width + height) not exceeding 180 cm. Additional or oversized bags will incur an extra charge payable onsite.

Is the Ximending shuttle included with a one-way ticket or only a round trip?

The complimentary Ximending shuttle is included with this booking. It operates on the same day as your transfer, from 11:30 AM to 6:00 PM with departures every 30 minutes from the East 3 exit of Taipei Main Station.
