- This product is for non-Taiwanese citizens only — Taiwanese passport holders are not eligible for the MRT ticket.
- The e-voucher is not valid for boarding; physical token and card collection at the airport counter is mandatory.
- Children under 6 years old or below 115 cm in height travel free on the MRT.
- The MRT token is valid for one month from redemption and cannot be replaced if lost.
- Luggage allowance per person: one standard-size suitcase and one piece of hand luggage.
- A complimentary shopping coupon is issued at the redemption counter — ask for it when you collect your passes.
