Is the tour suitable for wheelchair users or visitors with limited mobility?
The 1-hour tour involves up to 2.5 km of walking and around 300 stairs with no lift or escalator access. The 30-minute tour covers up to 1.5 km and around 200 stairs. Neither format is currently accessible for wheelchair users or those unable to manage stairs.
Can children come on the tour?
Yes. Children under 5 are admitted free of charge. Children aged 15 and under must be accompanied by an adult throughout the tour.
Which languages are the tours available in?
The 1-hour tour runs in English, Mandarin and Spanish. The 30-minute tour is available in Japanese and Korean.
Does the tour run on public holidays?
