Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket is accepted — simply show your booking confirmation on your phone at the lounge entrance.
Which lounge should I choose — Departures or Arrivals?
Select Departures if you are waiting to board a flight and have already cleared customs. Select Arrivals if you have just landed and want to relax before or after clearing passport control. Both require a valid boarding pass.
Is there a difference between the 3-hour and 6-hour Arrivals passes?
Both give you the same access and inclusions — the 6-hour pass simply extends your permitted stay in the lounge, which can be useful after a long-haul arrival.
Are children allowed in the lounge?
Yes. Children under 2 enter free of charge. Children aged 2–11 are welcome but cannot use any massage or spa services. All under-18s must be accompanied by a paying adult.
