No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the check-in desk — simply show the QR code on your phone.

What are the height and age requirements?

For the Slingshot Ride, participants must be at least 125cm tall. For the GX5 Extreme Swing, participants must be at least 12 years old and 120cm tall.

Each ride requires a minimum of two participants to operate. If you book as a solo traveller, the operator will pair you with another guest on the day.

I have a medical condition — can I still ride?

Several conditions require you to consult the operator before booking, including pregnancy, heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, epilepsy, and back or chronic pain, among others. You must also declare any relevant conditions at check-in. If in doubt, contact the operator directly before purchasing.
