Can I activate the SIM card on a different day from when I collect it?
No — all SIM cards must be activated at the point of redemption. If you need multiple SIM cards activated on different dates, make a separate booking for each and redeem them individually.
Can I top up the SIM card if I run out of data?
Top-up is not available for tourist SIM cards. You can, however, extend the validity of your SIM through the M1 Prepaid App or the Prepaid Portal.
How many SIM cards can I register in my name?
Singapore regulations allow each visitor to register a maximum of three prepaid SIM cards (across all providers) within any six-month period.
