Yes. Open-dated admission tickets require pre-registration for a specific entry time via the Mandai reseller portal (reseller.mandai.com/ticketstore/guestbooktimeslot) before your visit. Fixed-dated tickets already include a selected slot.

Is there a height or weight requirement for the adventure activities?

Yes. The Wild Apex Adventure and Wild Cavern Adventure require participants to be between 135 cm and 210 cm tall and weigh between 20 kg and 120 kg. Participants must be able to fit securely into a harness and helmet, and climb and descend without assistance.

Can I bring my toddler?

Children under 3 years old enter free of charge. Note that the adventure activities (Wild Apex and Wild Cavern) have a minimum height requirement of 135 cm, so young children would be limited to general park exploration.

What time should I arrive to avoid missing anything?

Last entry is one hour before closing time. Check the official Mandai website for daily opening hours and any closure dates before you travel, as these can vary.

Are there any health conditions that prevent participation in the adventure activities?

Yes. People with heart conditions, high or low blood pressure, frail or brittle bones, a history of neck, back, knee or ankle injuries, anxiety or panic attacks, those recovering from surgery, and pregnant women are not permitted to take part in Wild Apex or Wild Cavern Adventure.

Can I use this ticket for the Night Safari as well?

Only the 2-Park Destination Pass covers both Rainforest Wild Adventure and Singapore Night Safari. Standard admission tickets cover Rainforest Wild Adventure only.
