Do I need kayaking experience?

No prior experience is needed. The tour is designed to be accessible for complete beginners, and your licensed guide will brief you on technique before you set off. More experienced paddlers will find the mangrove route equally rewarding.

How do I get to Pulau Ubin?

Take the bumboat ferry from Changi Point Ferry Terminal — it costs SGD 4 per person each way and is not included in your tour price. Ferries run on demand but waiting times can be 10–30 minutes, so allow at least 30 minutes before your tour start time.

Can children join the tour?

Children aged seven and above are welcome to participate. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times. The maximum capacity per kayak is three persons.

Wear or bring swimwear, and make sure you have closed-toe, covered footwear — bare feet, flip-flops and open-toe sandals are not allowed on the water for safety reasons.

Is my ticket a mobile ticket, or do I need to print anything?

Your booking confirmation can be presented on your mobile device — there is nothing to print.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Singapore's weather can change quickly. If conditions are unsafe for kayaking, your operator will advise you on the day. Check your booking confirmation for the operator's contact details and cancellation terms.
