No. A mobile ticket is accepted, so your booking confirmation on your phone is all you need.

Where exactly is the lounge, and how do I get there?

The lounge is inside the airside restricted area of Terminal 1. Departing passengers should clear security and passport control first, then make their way to the lounge. If you are arriving or in transit, stay airside and do not pass through customs.

Is the lounge open 24 hours every day?

On most days, yes. On Tuesdays, hours are reduced: 6:00 AM–2:15 PM and 5:30–10:00 PM. Check the official Plaza Premium website for the latest daily schedule before you travel.

Can I bring my children?

Children under 2 enter free. Children aged 2–11 are welcome but cannot use massage or spa services. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Are all alcoholic drinks included?

A selection of alcoholic drinks is included in your session. Certain premium alcoholic beverages carry an additional charge.

What if I only need a short stay — can I choose just 3 hours?

Yes. Sessions are available in 3-, 6- and 12-hour blocks, each with or without shower access, so you can match the ticket to your actual layover time.
