From your hotel, drive along the Civic District and arrive at the iconic Merlion Park while enjoying the views of world-class cityscape in Marina Bay. Continue at Thian Hock Keng Temple before visiting the National Orchid Garden situated inside the Singapore Botanic Gardens, the country’s first UNESCO World Heritage site. Do I need to print my ticket or is a mobile voucher accepted?
A mobile e-voucher is accepted. You can show it on your phone — no need to print. The voucher also carries the customer service hotline should you need it on the day.
What happens if the tour is cancelled due to bad weather?
In cases of extreme weather, the operator may cancel the tour or adjust the itinerary. If your tour is cancelled, you will be notified and a refund or alternative will be arranged.
Is the Merlion Park stop always included?
On Car-free Sundays, Merlion Park is replaced by Mount Faber. All other stops remain the same.
Can I bring my young children?
Children aged two and under join free of charge. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult throughout the tour.
How long does the tour last?
The morning tour runs from approximately 09:00 to 12:00, and the afternoon tour from 14:00 to 17:00 — roughly three hours each, including transfers.
What if my hotel pickup is late?
Please allow a 30-minute buffer, as traffic or road conditions can delay pickup and drop-off times. If you have concerns, the customer service hotline on your e-voucher is the best point of contact.
