Do I need to print my ticket?
No. A mobile ticket displayed on your phone is accepted at the entrance — a screenshot works fine.
What is the difference between the daytime and evening entry tickets?
The daytime ticket allows entry until 4 PM, ideal for clear-sky city views and photography. The evening ticket is valid from 5 PM and lets you watch Singapore light up at dusk, including the nightly Spectra light and water show viewed from above.
Is the observation deck suitable for young children?
Yes. Children under 2 years old are admitted free of charge. The outdoor terrace is open-air, so consider the weather and bring sun protection or a light layer depending on the time of day.
Where exactly do I enter the building?
Head to the exterior of Hotel Tower 3 at 10 Bayfront Avenue. The SkyPark Observation Deck entrance is separate from the hotel lobby — look for the dedicated signage on the outside of the tower.
What are the opening hours?
Opening hours and any closure dates are set by Marina Bay Sands and can change. Check the official Marina Bay Sands website before your visit to confirm the schedule for your chosen day.
If I book the Gardens by the Bay combo, can I visit the conservatories on a different day?
No. Both the Flower Dome and Cloud Forest must be visited on the same day, and re-entry is not permitted. Plan your itinerary accordingly when selecting a combo ticket.
