Which attractions are included in each bundle?
All bundles include Canopy Park. The 3-in-1 bundles add two further attractions (Walking Net or Bouncing Net plus one maze); the 4-in-1 adds a third; the 5-in-1 adds the Changi Experience Studio; and the All Access Bundle covers every attraction. Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your ticket is delivered digitally and can be shown on your phone at each attraction entrance.
Is there a height requirement for the Sky Nets?
Yes — both the Walking Net and the Bouncing Net require a minimum height of 110 cm. Children below this height cannot use either net.
Are children free?
Children under 3 years old enter free of charge. All children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
What time should we arrive?
Last admission for most attractions is 30 minutes before closing. The Changi Experience Studio closes admissions 60 minutes before closing. Check the official Jewel Changi website for the current daily hours before your visit.
Can I visit on a transit stopover?
Yes — Jewel Changi Airport is connected directly to Changi Airport's terminals, making it straightforward to visit during a layover. Ensure you have enough time to clear any transit requirements before your onward flight.
