What happens if the conservatory is closed for maintenance on my chosen date?

The conservatories and Floral Fantasy undergo monthly maintenance closures. If you book a double-conservatory ticket for a closure date, no refund or exchange is available, so check the official Gardens by the Bay website for scheduled closure dates before booking.

Is there a shuttle service inside the gardens?

Yes. A shuttle runs every 10 minutes from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM (last ride 8:45 PM). It is included in select ticket options; otherwise it can be added as an upgrade.

Can I bring food and drinks into the conservatories?

No. Food and drinks are strictly prohibited inside both the Flower Dome and the Cloud Forest.

Is the Tram Ride Audio Tour included in my ticket?

No. The Tram Ride Audio Tour is a separate on-site purchase. It runs daily from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM but may be suspended during special events, heavy rain, or lightning warnings.
