How to redeem

Present your mobile or printed ticket at the Singapore Zoo main entrance to redeem admission. Proceed to Ah Meng Restaurant for breakfast, which begins at 9:00 AM.

What time should I arrive for breakfast?
Breakfast at Ah Meng Restaurant begins at 9:00 AM and runs for 1.5 hours. Animal ambassador appearances start at 9:15 AM and finish at 10:00 AM, so arriving promptly at 9:00 AM gives you the full experience.
Is the sea lion show still running?
The sea lion and penguin habitats are closed for renovation until 2027. However, the Splash Safari Presentation at Shaw Foundation Amphitheatre runs daily at 10:30 AM and 5:00 PM and features sea lions.
Are children charged for breakfast?
Children under 6 eat free at Ah Meng Restaurant, limited to one child per accompanying paying adult. Children under 3 also enter the zoo free of charge.
Do children need to be accompanied?
Yes — children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times throughout the zoo.
