Can I activate the SIM later, after I've left the airport?
No. All SIM cards must be activated at the redemption counter at the time of collection. If you need to activate a second SIM on a different date, you must make a separate booking and redeem it on that date.
What is the difference between the SGD 12 and SGD 14 SIM plans?
Both include Singapore data and roaming in Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Macau and Thailand. The SGD 14 plan adds 300GB roaming in Taiwan, limited data in Bangladesh, Thailand, China and India, plus 100 minutes of IDD 033 calls to six countries.
How do I top up the EZ-Link card once the SGD 3 balance runs out?
You can top up your EZ-Link card at any MRT station add-value machine, 7-Eleven, or other authorised top-up points across Singapore.
Is there a limit on how many SIM cards I can register?
Yes. Singapore regulations allow each visitor to register a maximum of three prepaid SIM cards (across all providers) within any six-month period.
