Frequently asked questions
Do I need to print my tickets, or is a mobile ticket accepted?
A mobile ticket is accepted at all three venues — simply present your booking confirmation on your phone at each entry point.
Can I use all three attractions on the same day, or are they valid separately?
The cable car round-trip pass and the oceanarium ticket are fixed-date and must be used on the date you select. The speedboat pass is open-dated, so you can use it on a different day if you prefer.
What are the last entry and departure times I need to know about?
The cable car's last admission is 9:30 PM. The speedboat's last departure from Resorts World Sentosa is 6:00 PM and from Ola Beach Club at 6:15 PM. Check the official websites for the oceanarium's closing time before you visit.
Can I bring young children on the speedboat?
Children under 4 years are not permitted on the speedboat. Children aged 4–12 must sit in the middle row and be accompanied by a paying adult at all times; one adult may accompany up to two children.
How often does the speedboat run, and what if I miss one?
The speedboat departs hourly from each stop, so if you miss a departure you simply wait for the next one. Your pass gives you unlimited hops throughout the day from when you first board until end of service.
Where exactly do I board the speedboat — Resorts World Sentosa or Ola Beach Club?
You can start at either point. Resorts World Sentosa and Ola Beach Club (Siloso Beach) are both valid boarding locations, and the route loops through Sisters' Islands, Lazarus Island, and Kusu Island before returning.
