Do I need to visit all five parks on the same day?
Yes. The pass is valid for one calendar day and grants a single entry to each park. All five must be visited on your chosen date.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket can be presented directly from your phone screen at each park entrance.
Are animal show seats included in the pass?
The pass covers park admission, but reserved seating for shows such as Creatures of the Night (Night Safari) and Once Upon A River (River Wonders) must be booked separately in advance via the Mandai website.
Is there a last admission time I should know about?
Yes. Bird Paradise last admission is at 5:00 PM, and Rainforest Wild ASIA requires entry at least one hour before closing. Check the official Mandai website for each park's opening hours before your visit.
Are children admitted free?
Children under 3 years old enter free of charge. Children under 13 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
