Frequently asked questions
What is the dress code, and will I be turned away if I don't follow it?
Smart casual is required. Shorts, sandals, and slippers are not allowed inside the capsule. Arriving in inappropriate attire may result in being refused boarding, so plan your outfit in advance.
Can I bring my own wine or champagne to celebrate?
Outside food and drinks are not permitted inside the capsule. If you bring your own bottle, a corkage fee will be charged. It is simpler to arrange any special drinks requests with the operator beforehand.
I have a dietary requirement — how do I let the operator know?
Email the Singapore Flyer's Customer Service team at least three days before your reservation. They can accommodate dietary restrictions and make special arrangements with sufficient notice.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
The Singapore Flyer may suspend flights during inclement weather. In that event, your booking will be rescheduled or cancelled — the operator will contact you directly.
Can children join the experience?
Children under 7 years of age are not permitted in the shared capsule for this dining experience.
How far in advance should I arrive, and where exactly do I go?
Arrive at the VIP Lounge on Level 1 of the Singapore Flyer at least 30 minutes before your reserved slot. Late arrivals may forfeit their booking.
