Frequently asked questions
Do I need experience to ride a quad bike?
No prior experience is required. You'll receive a full safety briefing from your instructor before setting off, and they'll be with you throughout the tour.
Can my child join me on the quad bike?
Children aged 6 to 11 can ride as a passenger with a guest aged 12 or over who is confident driving a quad bike. Children aged 5 and under cannot participate.
What happens if the weather is bad?
In cases of extreme weather, the tour may be cancelled for safety reasons. If this affects your booking, you will be notified.
Is this suitable if I have a back problem?
Guests with back problems are not permitted to join this tour, as the terrain involves uneven dirt tracks that can be physically demanding.
Do I need to print my ticket?
Your booking confirmation on your mobile device is sufficient — there's no need to print anything.
Which tour time should I choose — morning or afternoon?
Both cover the same route. Morning tends to be cooler and the light is good for photography; afternoon can offer a more golden-hour feel towards the end of the ride.
