When will I receive my ticket?

You will receive a booking confirmation immediately after purchase. The e-ticket itself is sent by email approximately three days before the event, on 10 March 2026 or thereabouts.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No. A digital copy on your phone is all you need. On your first entry, you will also need your passport to complete facial recognition registration at the gate.

Does my ticket cover all three days?

Your ticket covers admission for the full race weekend (13–15 March). Check your specific ticket type at booking to confirm which days and grandstand or zone are included.

Children under 3 years are not recommended for this event due to noise levels. Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

What happens if I have a problem on the day?

Contact your point of purchase immediately on the same day any issue arises — same-day contact is important for on-site problems to be resolved effectively.

How do I get to Shanghai International Circuit?

The circuit is located in Jiading District, Shanghai. Transport is not included; options include metro line 11 (Jiading New Town station, then shuttle), taxi, or private transfer.
