Make your way to the pickup point

Do I need skiing experience to join this tour?
No prior experience is needed. A basic group lesson is included in both the ski and snowboard options, giving beginners a proper introduction before heading onto the slopes.
Is a helmet included in the ticket price?
Helmet rental is not included but is mandatory for skiing and snowboarding. You can rent one on-site for KRW 10,000 — bring cash as payment in Korean Won is recommended.
Can children join the ski or snowboard activities?
Children aged 7 and above can participate in the ski and snowboard options. Due to equipment sizing and safety requirements, children under 7 are not able to take part in those activities.
Where does the tour drop me off at the end of the day?
The tour returns to Seoul between 6:50 and 7:30 PM, with drop-offs at Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station, Lotte Department Store Myeongdong, or Hongik University Station.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
Visiting hours at both attractions are subject to change based on weather and operational conditions. Your guide will advise on any adjustments on the day. Check your booking confirmation for the operator's contact details.
Do I need to print my ticket, or is a mobile voucher accepted?
A mobile voucher is accepted — simply show your confirmation on your phone at the pickup point. Printing is not required.
