What happens when I hit the 4GB daily limit?

Once you reach 4GB of LTE data, your connection automatically continues at speeds of up to 5Mbps — enough for maps, messaging and browsing — until the allowance resets at midnight.

Do I need a credit card, or will a debit card work?

A credit card is preferred. If you only have a debit card, a cash deposit of KRW 200,000 may be requested instead. Either way, the deposit is fully refunded when you return the device undamaged. The card must display the card number and carry the cardholder's signature.

What if my flight arrives after the counter has closed?

Two Incheon Airport counters — T1 near Gate F and T2 Arrival Hall in front of Gate 3 — are open 24 hours a day, so you can collect your device at any arrival time.

How many devices can I connect at the same time?

The device supports up to 10 simultaneous connections, though connecting two to three devices at a time is recommended for the best speeds.

Where do I return the device?

Return the pocket WiFi to any LG U+ counter at the airport you are departing from, before you go through security.

Can I pick up the device in Busan rather than Seoul?

Yes — if you are flying into Busan, collect and return your device at the LG U+ counter in Gimhae Airport's Arrival Hall near Gates 2 and 3 (open 06:00–22:00).
