No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the door — simply show it on your phone.
Can I choose my exact seat?
Seats are assigned randomly within your chosen section (VIP, S or A) upon arrival. You select the tier at booking, not the individual seat number.
Is the show suitable for young children?
Children aged 12 months and over are welcome. Children under 3 are admitted free of charge but will not be allocated a seat. Children under 12 months are not permitted in the theatre.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
The theatre is wheelchair accessible, but entrance stairs and space constraints mean larger or electric wheelchairs may not fit. The theatre can provide a manual wheelchair if needed. Wheelchair users and their companions should book S seats A1 or A17.
Will I understand the show if I do not speak Korean?
Completely. Nanta is a non-verbal performance — there is no dialogue at all, so the show is equally enjoyable regardless of your language.
What is the difference between VIP, S and A seats?
VIP seats offer the best positioning in the theatre, S seats are mid-tier and include the designated wheelchair positions, and A seats provide good value while still offering a clear view of the stage.
