Several central Seoul pickup locations are available; your exact pickup point will be confirmed at the time of booking. Allow yourself enough time to reach it independently before departure.

Is the rail bike physically demanding?

The Gangchon Rail Bike is pedal-powered but designed for leisure — the track is flat and the pace is relaxed. Most reasonably fit adults and older children manage it comfortably.

Is there a difference between the standard and winter season tours?

Yes. The winter season itinerary has a later departure (around 10:10 AM vs 7:40 AM) and a slightly adjusted route order. The Garden of Morning Calm stop is included in the standard season itinerary; check your selected ticket option to confirm what's included in winter.

Are children able to join the tour?

Children under 3 years old are welcome at no charge, but no seat will be reserved for them. Older children are welcome on the tour.

Do I need to print my ticket?

A mobile ticket is accepted, so you can show your booking confirmation on your phone at the pickup point.
