Frequently asked questions
Are cable car tickets at Seoraksan included?
No. Cable car tickets are an additional cost payable on the day. During the autumn foliage season (18 October – 4 November), the Seoraksan portion follows a walking route instead, so cable car tickets are not needed then.
What happens if the weather is bad?
The itinerary is subject to change due to weather or traffic conditions. Your driver-guide will advise on any adjustments on the day.
Can I bring a young child?
Children under 3 travel free of charge, but no seat will be reserved for them. All other children require a paid ticket.
Where does the tour drop me off at the end?
Drop-off is at either Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station or Myeongdong Station, arriving between 7:50 PM and 8:00 PM.
Is the autumn foliage walk guaranteed during the stated dates?
Between 18 October and 4 November, the itinerary includes a one to one-and-a-half hour walk to Seoraksan Osaek Jujeongol specifically for autumn foliage. Outside these dates, the cable car route is used instead.
Do I need to print my ticket?
A mobile ticket is accepted — simply have your booking confirmation ready to show your guide at the meeting point.
