Where exactly does the tour start and finish?
The tour has two morning pick-up points: Hongik University Station at 6:15 AM and Myeongdong Station at 6:40 AM. Drop-off at the end of the day is at either Dongdaemun History & Culture Park Station or Myeongdong Station, arriving around 7:50–8:00 PM.
Are cable car tickets included?
No. Outside the autumn foliage season (18 October–4 November), the Seoraksan portion of the tour follows the cable car route, but cable car tickets are not included and must be purchased separately on the day.
What happens during the autumn foliage season?
Between 18 October and 4 November, the Seoraksan itinerary is adjusted to include a 1–1.5 hour walk through Osaek Jujeongol to take in the peak autumn colours.
Is this tour suitable for young children?
Children under 3 travel free of charge, though no seat will be reserved for them. The day is long (roughly 14 hours) and includes walking on mountain terrain, so consider whether that suits your family.
