About this experience
On this full-day tour, you will be visiting Mount Seorak, whose name means snow (seol) and big mountain (ak). This is because the snow would not melt for a long time, keeping the rocks in a permanent state of white. You will likewise be riding a cable car to Gwongeumseong Fortress, also known as the Gwon-Kim Castle built during the Goryeo period, to witness its ruins. You will also visit the Shinheung Temple, where an 18-ton bronze Buddha statue can be found.
