Do I need any skiing experience to join this tour?

No prior experience is needed. Several ticket packages include a basic group lesson, and the resort has beginner-friendly slopes. Sledding is also available for those who'd rather skip the skis altogether.

What's the difference between the ticket packages?

The self-guided option covers transport and access only — you arrange your own equipment on-site. The other four packages bundle in equipment hire (ski or snowboard), moving walk pass, ski clothes rental, and a basic group lesson, with the higher-tier ski and snowboard options also including a lift pass for the full mountain.

Can children take part?

Yes. Children under 3 travel free (no seat reserved). Children under 6 may sled but must be accompanied by an adult. Skiing and snowboarding are only suitable for children aged 7 and above due to safety and equipment sizing.

Is protective gear included?

Goggles, helmets, and knee and hip pads are not included but can be rented at the resort shop for an additional fee. Ski gloves are available to purchase on-site. Cash payment is recommended for these extras.
