Frequently asked questions
Which ticket option should I choose if I've never skied before?
The Ski package includes a basic group lesson alongside equipment rental, a lift pass and ski clothing — it's designed with beginners in mind. The Snowboard package offers the same structure for those who'd prefer to try snowboarding.
Can my young child join the ski or snowboard lesson?
Skiing and snowboarding options are only suitable for children aged 7 and above due to safety and equipment sizing. Children under 6 may use a sled but must be accompanied by an adult. Children under 3 travel free but no seat is reserved for them.
Do I need to bring my own ski gear?
No. The ski and snowboard packages include clothing rental and equipment. Goggles, helmets, and protective pads can be rented separately at the resort shop for an additional fee — cash payment is recommended for these extras.
