Head to the VIP Reception located inside Universal Studios Singapore — not at the main entrance gates. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled tour start time.

Does my child need a ticket?

Children under 4 years old enter free of charge. Children aged 7 and under must be accompanied by a participant aged 18 or over at all times. Anyone under 18 requires a consent form signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Are there height restrictions on the rides?

Yes — all participants must meet the specific height requirements for each attraction included in the VIP Experience. Check the official Universal Studios Singapore website or the link provided in your booking confirmation before you visit.

Does priority access cover every ride in the park?

Priority access applies to selected attractions. It is not valid at Magic Potion Spin, Canopy Flyer, Treasure Hunters, Ready Set Rescue!, or the Front Row on Battlestar Galactica: Human vs. Cylon, among other selected attractions.

Can I choose a Mandarin-speaking guide?

Yes. When selecting your ticket, choose the Mandarin Speaking option to be paired with a Mandarin-speaking guide.
