Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the gate — simply show the QR code on your phone screen.
Can my young child ride the Luge?
Children aged six and above who are at least 110 cm tall can ride solo. Children under six or below 110 cm can ride tandem with an adult by purchasing the Child Doubling Ticket on-site for SGD 12 per child.
What is the difference between standard, PEAK, and NIGHT tickets?
Standard tickets cover off-peak daytime sessions. PEAK tickets are valid during busier periods such as weekends and public holidays. NIGHT Luge tickets let you ride the illuminated tracks after dark — a notably different atmosphere.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before your selected time slot. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable.
Is there a minimum height requirement for the Skyride chairlift?
Children must be at least 85 cm tall to ride the Skyride when accompanied by an adult. To ride alone, a minimum height of 135 cm is required.
How do I get to Skyline Luge on Sentosa?
Sentosa is accessible by Sentosa Express monorail, bus, cable car, or on foot via the Sentosa Boardwalk from VivoCity. The Luge is located at Siloso Beach Walk, near the Imbiah Lookout area.
