Where exactly do I check in?
Check in at the Singapore Oceanarium VIP Reception, located at Sentosa Gateway, Sentosa Island. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your tour begins.
What happens if I arrive late?
Late arrivals may miss part of the tour. If you are more than 30 minutes late, your booking will be cancelled and you will not be admitted.
Can I bring young children?
Children under 4 must be able to walk independently to enter the support areas. Children under 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times; each adult may accompany a maximum of 3 children.
Is the tour available in languages other than English?
Yes — tours are available in both English and Mandarin. Select your preferred language when booking.
Are there any dates when the Oceanarium closes early?
Yes. The Oceanarium closes early on 23, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 November and 4, 5, 12, 19, 24 December. Check your chosen date carefully before booking.
Do I need to print my ticket?
A mobile confirmation is accepted. There is no need to print unless you prefer to.
