Do I need to print my ticket?
No. Your mobile ticket is accepted at the entrance — simply show the screen of your phone.
What is the difference between the ticket options?
The Any 2 Rides ticket lets you choose two of the four experiences; Any 3 Rides gives you three; and the 4-in-1 Combo covers all four — Chaos in Wonderland, Extreme Log Ride, Haunted Mine Ride, and Desperados.
Are there height restrictions for children?
Yes. Children must be at least 90 cm tall to ride Chaos in Wonderland, the Extreme Log Ride, and the Haunted Mine Ride unaccompanied. Desperados requires a minimum height of 110 cm. Children under 3 years old enter free.
Is this suitable for someone who gets motion sickness?
The rides are motion-based 4D experiences and are not recommended for people prone to motion sickness, or for pregnant women and those with heart conditions, back or spinal injuries, or physical disabilities.
