The Dolphin Observer, Dolphin Exploration, and Dolphin Immersion experiences allow you to discover more through engagement learning and also inspire you to have a deeper understanding of marine life.

Check in at the Marine Mammal Habitat Counter. Check-in opens 30 minutes before your programme start time. Arriving after the cut-off time may result in refused entry, so allow plenty of time to reach the venue.

What is the difference between the four dolphin programmes?
The programmes offer increasing levels of interaction: Dolphin Observer lets you watch from the poolside; Dolphin Exploration and Dolphin Connection involve closer engagement; Dolphin Immersion is the most hands-on, with in-water participation. Check the ticket options to choose the right level for your group.
Can children take part in the dolphin programmes?
Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian aged 21 or over, who will need to sign liability and medical forms on the day. Each paying adult may accompany a maximum of three children.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No — a mobile ticket on your phone is accepted at the Marine Mammal Habitat Counter.
Can I take my own photos during the programme?
Personal photography and videography are not permitted during the dolphin programme. An official photographer is available onsite and photos can be purchased separately after your session.
What should I wear?
Participants must arrive in or be prepared to change into swimming attire and appropriate footwear. This applies to all programme levels.
